HR Payroll functional consultant experience working on large multinational implementations (Philip Morris and Shell). Implementing global HR system including Employee Self Service (ESS) and Shared Service Centres (SSC). Fully configured; SAP payroll system form small (8000 employees) to large (120,000
employees) implementations and PA, OM, Benefits, Compensation Management, Recruitment, Payroll and Time. In some cases interfacing to an
external payroll. I have also acted as Shell’s technical lead for Compensation Management (CM).
I have extensive knowledge
and experience of implementing functional specification for most SAP HR modules and have experience of defining Global Procedures
and Business Process Procedures. I have understanding of the ASAP Q&Adb and
Solution Manager Tools in blueprinting.
